What is the Dove Park Home
Owner's Association Board of Directors?
-
The
Board is a body of five home-owners within our community who
work on a non-paid & voluntary basis to help ensure that the
covenants & standards are maintained within the community.
-
Members
of the Board meet on regular intervals to take action on complaints
from residents, protect the assets of the community & work hard to
keep our association fees low while delivering necessary services.

Board
Members vote on the appointment of committee chair persons, community
regulations, fines & fees as well as take responsibility for the
oversight of our property management company.
Can You
Become a Board Member?

Any
homeowner within the subdivision is qualified to become a member of
the board of Directors.

The
initial election was held in May of 2006 and each year at the January
annual meeting new members will have an opportunity to be voted on as
terms end or members leave.

Members
of the Board of Directors should have the ability to work within a
group setting.
